This is a little craft and souvenirs shop in the historic part of Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay, South America. The shop is inside an old stone building from the times of the Spanish conquistadores. The streets are cobbled stone. There is an old style lantern in every corner. Two large pots with flowers at the entry to the building. Iron gates. Flowering trees attached to the wall of the building. In the background, the blue sky and the River Plate blend into each other.
I used AS professional oils for this painting. AS products are Australian made and in my opinion the best oils in the market.
The sides of the stretched canvas are painted black and it has a strong wire at the back, so framing is not required but optional.
