An old shack in the middle of the bush. Red tin roof and yellow brick walls. A yellow brick chimney on the side of the building. The sun lights up the left side of the building. An awning on the veranda at the front of the house darkens the front. A couple of doors and a window can be seen in the dark. A woman and her black dog sit pensively on the steps that lead from the ground to the veranda.
It's a rustic landscape that would go perfectly in a rustic style room as seen on one of the photos.
This painting was inspired by an old holiday house in the middle of the bush where my family used to spend some time when I was a young girl.
